If you had to donate one million dollars to any charity, which one would it be and why?

If I had a million dollars today, I would donate it to Convoy of Hope. This relief ministry provides support in the form of food and water to areas of the world affected by disaster or hardship. They have a fleet of 18 wheelers which they send to various areas to help people in need. They were on their way to Louisiana and Mississippi even before Katrina hit. They have been at the forefront of the faith-based relief effort, even before the Government stepped in.
